The bride and groom have been happily co-habiting for a couple of years and have a majority of the things needed for domestic life. No gift is required or expected. Register to save a life!
Every 3 minutes in the U.S., someone is diagnosed with a blood cancer. Six out of 10 patients are unable to find a compatible donor, many of them are children. You can help change that by registering with DKMS: Delete Blood Cancer as a potential donor! The registration process takes about 15 minutes and costs nothing.
Both Rob and Jen have joined the list. One of our friends was able to save a child's life in France! Jen also combined a donor drive with her a birthday party a few years ago and one of her friends from that party was matched to woman in North Carolina.

Washington Interfaith Network is a local organization committed to empowering disenfranchised communities by developing local leadership and addressing community issues in DC like youth homelessness and affordable housing. Jen has been doing design and photography work with them for several years.
Martha's Table is a local organization dedicated to fulfilling the needs of low-income and homeless children, families, and individuals in DC by providing healthy food, affordable clothing, and other opportunities.
American Refugee Committee provides humanitarian aid to refugees, displaced people, and host communities, with a current focus on Syria and South Sudan.
Give Directly helps families in East Africa who live in extreme poverty by making unconditional cash transfers to them.
Rob's Charities
House with a Heart is a sanctuary for senior dogs and cats who have lost their families and homes through no fault of their own. Because of their advanced age and various medical conditions, they have little chance of being adopted. HWAH provides love, affection, and shelter.
Maryland Public Television and PBS programming was essential to Rob growing up and these channels are still staples in our daily TV lives.
The ACLU works in courts, legislatures, and communities to defend and preserve the individual rights and liberties.
Southern Poverty Law Center has won numerous legal victories that have toppled institutional racism and protected the civil rights of the exploited, the powerless and the forgotten.
